Format: 4-on-4; double-elimination. Each team is guaranteed to play a minimum of 5 games

GENERAL TOURNAMENT RULES AND PROCEDURES
1. This is a mixed recreational to intermediate level tournament open to participants 16 years of age or older.
2. Teams must be comprised of 4 players. 4 players must be on the court, minimum of one female. Teams not meeting this requirement will be subject to default.
3. Any part of your body may be used to keep the ball in play.
4. Points are awarded on every serve (i.e. rally points).
5. Each game will stop at the earlier of (a) the sound of the whistle (15 minutes) or, (b) the first to 25 points (or more) by two.
6. Teams will have five minutes to “warm up”
7. The score for each game must be reported to the scoring table by the team captains after each game.
8. Game results will be tabulated as follows:
9. Loss = 0 Points,  Tie = 1 Point,  Win = 2 Points,  Default = 2 points and scores 25 - 15 for the non-defaulting team
10. Teams will referee other games when not playing.
11. Common volleyball rules will apply including the items noted above or with the above noted exceptions. Any questions regarding these rules should be directed to the registration/scoring table.

PLAY-OFFS
• Play-off rankings will be determined by Total Points then Head to Head
• Top 16 teams will make play-offs
