Mentoring is about the POWER of friendship!
Big Brothers of North Simcoe and Big Sisters Association of Huronia provide one-to-one and group mentoring services to boys and girls, ages 6 to 16. A relationship with a responsible, caring adult often leads to increased self-esteem, behavioral and social improvements, higher educational achievements, new skill sets, and ultimately, broadened horizons. Many mentoring relationships develop into friendships that last a lifetime! Everyone needs someone to laugh with, share dreams with, and just hang out - with friends, it's the little things that mean the most!
